The ICDL is an end-user standard out and out. No programming is taught, however, obtaining the ICDL is not trivial. To obtain the ICDL a candidate must demonstrate practical proficiency in each of the most commonly used softwares tools. The candidate has to pass all seven modules as a very high level, as high as 75%. The Standard for ICDL have been set jointly by the major european Computer sociaties. In Europe is is know as the European Compoter driving Licence. The ICDL is the only European Uion recognized IT qualification as present, as well as in the Midlle East Countries, such as Saudi Arabia and many others.
Bina Bangsa Institute play and will continue to play as an agent of development in bridging digital divide and promote the concept of International Computer Driving Licence in Indonesia, especially to the corporate Institutions, such as Banking, Industries, Embassies and many others.
